In 1989 Tom Bazzano purchased the Hole In One Donut Shop, operating out of a small cottage. In 1997, the Hole In One family purchased the property on which the Fairway Restaurant and Hole In One Donut Shop currently reside. In 2000, we added two dining rooms and winterized the restaurant for year round service. So as the business grew, we added on piece by piece to avoid closure.
As we have grown over the years and are grateful for all of your business, we have reached another turning point. All of our families have grown, which means more people to serve. As you might even hear at your own kitchen tables; “we need to make the kitchen bigger.” That is where our family restaurant is. To better serve you, we have decided to go forward on the next phase of our growth. The Fairway will begin construction on a new bakery facility and added kitchen space for catered events starting January 6, 2014. In order to accomplish this expansion in the least amount of time, we will be closed for service until April 7, 2014.
Due to the fact that so many of our menu items are made on premise and that we are increasing the number of customers who appreciate home style cooking, we need to upgrade the facility to accommodate our current demand and also allow us to offer more specialty items in the future. We pride ourselves on our homemade products and ask that you bear with us during this time.
