Meet the face behind the deliciousness of the Fairway, our Kitchen Manager and Head Chef Kevroy Mason! Chef Kevroy has been with the Fairway for over four years now and has been cooking since he was 8 years old. He is originally from Jamaica where he also went to culinary school! Chef Kevroyβs culinary journey has taken him to places like Greece, Italy, Turkey and Cuba, just to name a few, where he was able to work firsthand with many cultures and cuisines. He worked on a cruise line in Europe for a few years so he has sampled and created dishes from all over the world, which definitely comes through in his cooking skills and dishes! At the Fairway, Chef Kevroy has worked all roles from breakfast to the grill to the pizzas to dinner. He is also the mastermind behind all of our specials and has created some of our signature menu dishes. We are eternally grateful to have someone as passionate and experienced as Chef Kevroy leading us in the kitchen!π¨βπ³β€οΈ
