Jimmy Fund Golf Classic
To benefit Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
Dear Friends,
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is committed to a single, compelling mission: to give cancer patients the best, most compassionate care today while finding cures for tomorrow.
We need your help. As the host of this year’s tournament, the members of the Fairway Restaurant invite you to join us in this commitment to conquer cancer by supporting the life-saving work of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through your sponsorship of The Fairway Restaurant / Jimmy Fund Golf Classic. We are kindly asking for you to make a $200 donation on behalf of a loved one, friend, neighbor or someone you know through another person who has battled and/or survived cancer. In addition, if you or someone you know would be interested in playing golf in our 10th Annual tournament, we would love to have you attend.
Our goal this year is to raise over $20,000 for cancer research. Collectively, we have donated over $110,000 with the help of local business leaders and residents of the lower Cape.
On Wednesday, September 15, 2010, join a growing list of area business and community leaders for this extraordinary event. The Fairway Restaurant / Jimmy Fund Golf Classic will take place at the Captain’s Golf Course starting with registration at 12 noon followed by 18 spectacular holes of golf and contests. Cocktails, dinner, and a program will follow with awards, prizes and a raffle adding to the festivities.
