Fairway Restaurant of Cape Cod Management Team
Cindy Norris is the Administrative Assistant in the Corporate office. She joined the company in January 2007 after retiring from the Wellfleet Police Department as a Public Safety Telecommunicator. Prior to her years at the Wellfleet Police Department Cindy had worked in the restaurant field as well as office management and sales.
She was born in raised in Billerica, MA and graduated from Billerica Memorial High School in 1969. After attending Lowell State, now U-Mass of Lowell, for a year she met and married her husband, Chet, a born and bred Cape Codder and moved to Wellfleet in 1970. Cindy & Chet have two grandsons and a son who is retired from the USMC living in southern California. Their family also includes a son and daughter, from a previous marriage, living in northern California with a grandson and granddaughter.
Cindy and her husband are active in the Cape Cod Classics Car Club and go to many car shows both on and off the Cape.
Eileen Giguere is the General Manager for the Fairway Restaurant & Pizzeria and oversees the daily operations at the Hole In One Donut Shop both located in Eastham. Eileen joined the operations in June 2000 as a server, hostess and donut finisher. She was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2006.
Prior to moving to Cape, Eileen and her husband Rick, owned and operated Yankee Fish Works, a fresh seafood market/restaurant in Sturbridge, MA from 1985 until 1993. They moved to North Eastham permanently with husband and three children in 1993. Eileen received her higher education at Cape Cod Community College, W. Barnstable MA.
Eileen was born and raised in Dedham, MA. Eileen is fulfilling a dream, living and raising her children on Cape Cod. She wanted to give her children what she remembered as growing up as a child; the beautiful cape beaches and the opportunity to live and grow up in small town environment.
