Kenneth W. Taber III

Executive Officer

Ken became a partner of the Hole In One Corporation in April 1995. Ken was elected as Corporate Treasurer in 1996 and then elected as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer in 1997. Today, he oversees the Company’s operational facilitates in Eastham and Orleans. Prior to moving to Cape Cod, Ken was employed by Ceridian Employer Services in Avon, CT., to create, develop and sustain business relationships with leaders of the banking community in promoting the employer services product line. Graduated from University of Connecticut in 1989. Ken is actively involved in the community by residing on the Critical Planning Committee for the Town of Eastham and volunteers his services to the Eastham Recreational programs as a Basketball and Softball coach. He also serves as Treasurer on the Brewster Regional Little League Board of Directors. Ken and Erica are happy living in Eastham, raising 2 bright and wonderful children.

Erica B. Taber

Director of Production

Born and raised in South Windsor, CT, Erica joined the family business with her husband, Ken, and became partners of the Hole In One Corporation in April 1995. She was trained as a baker and learned the skills needed to hand cut donuts and muffin making by her oldest sister, Kristina Field. Over time she acquired the knowledge to develop, coordinate and effectively organize the company’s commissary department which produces and distributes homemade items for the Eastham and Orleans locations. Erica works closely with her sisters, Kristina, Lori and Jamie and gains their invaluable help and support in running a very productive operation. Together, they add enormous value to the products they produce for our loyal customers. Prior to arriving on Cape Cod, Erica graduated from the University of Connecticut in the field of Education in 1988, then pursued her Master’s degree in Education from Central Connecticut State University. Erica takes great pride in the work she does in raising her 2 wonderful children and the programs they are involved in.

Daniel Wacht

Was born and raised in Hartford CT. Moved to Cape Cod full time after living and working endless summers in Eastham as a teenager and a college student. Dan’s parents bought a house in Eastham in 1978. Dan spent his entire work experience in the restaurant industry, he started as a dishwasher at the Polish National Home in Hartford, CT then as a fry cook at Arnold’s Restaurant in Eastham for 8 summers. After receiving a Bachelors degree in Business Management at Southern Connecticut State University, 1988, he pursued a career in the restaurant industry. Employed by Catania Hospitality Group, Dan was an Assistant Manager for Hearth & Kettle in Orleans, MA for 3 years. He then worked on the management team for Ground Round Restaurants on the South Shore of Boston. Dan and Jamie were married in 1991, and 1993 they were actively involved in developing and promoting a successful Hole In One Donut Shop business with Kristina Field in Eastham. Jamie and Dan have 2 healthy and beautiful children. They are grateful to be given the opportunity to raise their family on Cape Cod.

Jamie was born and raised in South Windsor, CT. Jamie and Dan joined the organization in March 1993. They worked diligently with Jamie’s sister Kristina Field in developing and sustaining a success donut shop in Eastham. Thanks to all of them the shop has grown to what it is today. Jamie has been a valuable asset in overseeing the Donut Shop operation in Eastham. She has been recognized by the Community as a VIP in the business community for her hard work and great attention given to her loyal customers. Jamie graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1989.

Bob grew up in Southeastern MA., began his career in the foodservice industry at a small independent pizza shop in Somerset in 1981. In 1983, Bob was employed by Hallsmith-Sysco in Norton gaining valuable experience of the business by starting in the warehouse then specializing in produce, meats and finally with the warewash and beverage departments in sales and service before departing to the Cape in 1992. With his wife, Lori, Bob joined the organization in 1992 to participate in renovating and opening the Hole In One in Orleans, MA. Bob and Lori took on the daunting task of creating and producing a successful menu and training of new staff members for a lively and community oriented business within the Orleans business district. They are heavily involved in the ever-changing development of improving and expanding the family business.

Hole In One Orleans / Commissary

Lori is currently a part time Supervisor at the Hole In One in Orleans and a donut maker in the Commissary located in Eastham. Lori grew up in South Windsor, CT and in the summer as a teenager and as a college student vacationed on the Cape with her family who had a home in Eastham. One summer, Lori and a friend for years found the perfect summer job, working at night as donut makers and sun bathers during the day on Eastham’s finest beaches. Along with making donuts, she would share her week nights working as a server at the Eastham Lobster Pool. She eventually graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1991 and then backed her bags for good to join the family business, Hole in One Donut Shop, which they bought in 1989. Then in 1992, Lori and her husband, Bob Field, saw an opportunity to open the Hole In One in Orleans.
